Order cancellation
Orders can be canceled before their shipment. If you have already paid for your order and wish to modify or cancel it, please reach out to us within 3 days timeframe. Cancellation will unfortunately no longer be possible once the packaging and shipping process has commenced.
Refunds
We have tremendous confidence in our products and believe you will love them as well! To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-Day Guarantee. If you think that the item was defective or damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us preferably within 5 days of delivery.
To initiate a refund, please see the instructions below:
- Email babysbrush@gmail.com or send a message on the "Contact Us" page, with your order number and reason(s) for the refund
- If you believe that the item was defective or damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 8 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. Kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- You have already opened the product packaging and used the product.
- If your product was not broken.
- The color of the order was different from your liking. Colors may differ from the displayed pictures.
- You are not satisfied with the order in any way after 10 days of receiving the order.
- We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. If your item was lost during the logistics process, we will not refund you.
